Do you really come to my location?

Yes. Elevate Mobile Car Detailing is fully mobile. We come directly to your home, office, or condo anywhere in Edmonton. You don’t need to drop off your vehicle.

What do you need from me to complete the service?

We only require access to your vehicle and enough space to work around it. If power or water access is needed, we’ll confirm before arrival. Most standard locations are fully suitable.

How long does a detail take?

• Basic Detail: 1–1.5 hours
• Premium Detail: 2–2.5 hours
• Exterior Wash Add-On: 30–45 minutes

Time varies depending on vehicle size and condition.

Do you detail SUVs, trucks, and larger vehicles?

Yes. We service cars, SUVs, trucks, and larger family vehicles. Oversized or heavily soiled vehicles may require additional time and pricing adjustments.

What’s the difference between Basic and Premium Detail?

The Basic Detail focuses on deep interior cleaning and vacuuming.
The Premium Detail includes stain removal, steam cleaning, shampooing, extraction, UV protection, and leather conditioning for a full restoration finish.

Is booking online required?

No. You can call us directly for faster booking. Online booking is available for convenience.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit, and e-transfers. Payment is due upon completion of service.
